After 34 years in the US Army, Dr. Russo has opened a civilian practice in Neurology, Sleep Disorders, and Traumatic Brain Injury in Honolulu and Hilo. Dr. Michael Russo has brought Dense array Electroencephalography to Hawaii through his experience as a research neurologist with the US Army's Medical Research and Materiel Command, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in Washington, D.C., the U.S. Army's Aeromedical Research Institute, in Alabama, and Johns Hopkins General Clinical Research Unit in Baltimore Maryland. Russo has over 25 years of experience working with computerized EEG, sleep physiology, and brain assessment and treatment. Since retiring from the US Army in December 2011, Russo has opened a neurology practice in Honolulu and in Hilo, has become Medical Director of Pacific Sleep Tech's sleep disorders center, and has now opened Hawaii Pacific DEEG. Russo graduated from Princeton University, Chicago Medical School, trained in neurology at the N.Y. University Medical Centers in Manhattan, at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen's Square, London, England, and at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.

Peter Rossi graduated from the Philips-Exeter Academy, Dartmouth University, and Medical College of Pennsylvania. After excelling at among the most academically challenging and prestigious schools in the USA, he pursued his Internship and Neurology Residency at Emory University and Grady Hospital in New Orleans, LA. He specialized in Neuro-rehabilitation and is the past-President of the American Neuro-rehabilitation Society and past-President of the Hawaii Neurological Society. He is a member of the Queens Hospital System. Dr Rossi has over 25 scientific publications. His practice as this time is primarily medical-legal evaluations.
